What Are PVC Pellets?
PVC pellets are used in many ways in the manufacturing business. Due to their easy moulding capabilities, they can be made into robust PVC window and door frames. PVC is a popular home improvements choice for both residential and commercial properties.
Alongside our sister company, VEKA Recycling, we take tired PVC windows and doors, recycle them and product eco-friendly PVC pellets. PVC materials can be recycled up to ten times and have a lifespan of 350 years in total.
Here at VEKA Compounds, we are specialists in the industry. We offer recycled PVC pellets to manufacturers and installers, to provide eco-friendly solutions to their customers. You can reduce your carbon footprint and install a high-performing window and door in one go.
Benefits of Recycled PVC Pellets
By choosing recycled PVC pellets, your customers can benefit from an environmentally friendly product that will also provide durability, thermal performance and security. Despite being recycled and reproduced, PVC still holds onto its robust qualities.
By reducing the amount of PVC that ends up on landfill, we can improve the economy, as landfill is very expensive. Recycled PVC pellets are a fantastic cost-effective solution to install windows and doors.
Each PVC window and door has a lifecycle of up to 40 years, including the ten opportunities to recycle, the total lifespan is 350 years. We can all imagine how incredible the results will be if every PVC window and door could be recycled.
Overall, by investing in environmentally friendly products, we can provide high-quality products that boast longevity and performance. As well as the practical benefits, a combined effort to improve our industry’s sustainability will help toward the global goal of reducing climate change.

Recycled PVC Pellets Process
From start to finish, we ensure that our PVC pellets are made sustainably. We offer free collection of any old PVC windows and doors. Our drivers use low-emission fuel and take routes that require less unnecessary time on the road, to reduce their carbon footprint.
VEKA Recycling takes on the first step of making PVC pellets, and shred old PVC windows and doors into smaller pieces. This is so that it is easier to sift through and sort into smaller pieces. The shredded material is then sorted into sizes so that they can be handled easier.
Once in the correct size groups, we then sift through the PVC to eliminate any unwanted metals. By having raw materials, we can recycle and produce pure PVC pellets to provide the ultimate performance. Our advanced systems are designed to make sure that we produce premium PVC pellets.
The pieces are then sorted into size groups once again. We then go through the remaining material and eliminate any unwanted glass and non-PVC components to be made into PVC pellets effectively. Our extensive process is tested regularly to ensure its quality control.
The final step is where we come in, and use a filtrating melt system to turn old PVC material into contamination-free PVC pellets. We then provide manufacturers and installers with eco-friendly PVC pellets to make PVC windows and doors.
