Recycled PVC Pellets Process

From start to finish, we ensure that our PVC pellets are made sustainably. We offer free collection of any old PVC windows and doors. Our drivers use low-emission fuel and take routes that require less unnecessary time on the road, to reduce their carbon footprint.

VEKA Recycling takes on the first step of making PVC pellets, and shred old PVC windows and doors into smaller pieces. This is so that it is easier to sift through and sort into smaller pieces. The shredded material is then sorted into sizes so that they can be handled easier.

Once in the correct size groups, we then sift through the PVC to eliminate any unwanted metals. By having raw materials, we can recycle and produce pure PVC pellets to provide the ultimate performance. Our advanced systems are designed to make sure that we produce premium PVC pellets.

The pieces are then sorted into size groups once again. We then go through the remaining material and eliminate any unwanted glass and non-PVC components to be made into PVC pellets effectively. Our extensive process is tested regularly to ensure its quality control.

The final step is where we come in, and use a filtrating melt system to turn old PVC material into contamination-free PVC pellets. We then provide manufacturers and installers with eco-friendly PVC pellets to make PVC windows and doors.
