These raw materials can be used to make various home improvements products, including fencing, guttering and tubing. Our PVC pellets are extremely versatile and a popular choice amongst manufacturers.

PVC Recycling Process

We carefully plan our process to ensure that it is as environmentally friendly as possible from beginning to end. We offer free collection for tired PVC for recycling and use routes that don’t carry unnecessary time on the road. Our vehicles use low-emission diesel so that we are as sustainable as possible.

When all of the PVC for recycling has arrived at our facility, we shred all of the material into smaller pieces. This makes it easier for us to sort it into the same sizes to handle the material more efficiently. We then start to remove any metals in the windows and doors, including the handles and hinges.

Once we have gotten rid of any metals, we continue to shred and sort the material by size. We continue to do this until the material is free of any non-PVC material and is in a uniform size. By suppressing the material into smaller sizes, makes it easier for us to recycle the PVC into pellets.

Now, this is where we come in and finish the final stage of the recycling process. We use our innovative melt-filtration system to turn the PVC into pellets passed onto our approved list of extruders.
